We know it’s easy to overlook compliance reporting or dread the task, so to help make the reporting easier we are hosting a webinar on Tuesday 18 September 2018. The webinar timing is intended specifically for organisations with a 30 June 2018 end of financial year and a reporting deadline of 30 November 2018, but we also encourage others to register. It is designed for anyone involved in preparing their Code compliance reporting, especially compliance contacts.
The revised Code of Conduct has been in place for over a year, and with the benefit of time and experience we will spend some time looking at the trickier areas of the Code and highlight some of the areas where our members could benefit from further guidance. Some of these areas include the compliance indicators associated with the recent PSEA Review (such as whistle-blowing). The webinar is a chance for the Code Secretariat to talk about our expectations, unpack some of the Code terminology, and also give you a chance to ask questions.
In the webinar, you will:
- Hear about the kind of qualitative commentary, references and examples we are looking for, to assess compliance.
- Receive handy hints, tips, tricks and examples.
- Understand the approvals process, and what documentation is being called-in as part of the focus areas.
- Participate with questions, feedback and through sharing experience.
